Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you've named) receives the goods, not from the day you placed the order.
To be eligible for a return, please let us know your decision within this 14-day window using our Right of Withdrawal form, linked in the footer of our site. You do not need to give a reason.
You may inspect and test your item to check that it works as described, the same way you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what's necessary to check its features and functioning, we will deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover it.
This 14-day right applies to all orders, including items purchased during a promotional sale.
Find My Pairing
The Elvo Wallet includes a tracking module that must be paired to a personal Apple ID (Find My) or Google account (Find Hub) to function. Once paired, the unit becomes linked to that account and cannot be resold as new unless it is properly unpaired and reset.
If you wish to return your Elvo Wallet, please unpair it before shipping it back to us: open the Find My app, select your wallet, and tap Remove Item (or the equivalent step in Google Find Hub).
If the item is returned still paired, or otherwise cannot be resold as new, we will deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund. Where the pairing cannot be verified as removed, this deduction may amount to up to 100% of the purchase price. This does not affect your right to return the item within 14 days — it only affects the amount refunded.
