Shipping Policy

At ELVOSTUDIO, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and reliably. Every shipping method we offer includes tracking, so you can follow your package the entire way to your door.

International Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing (courier services do not deliver on Sundays or holidays, and delivery times aren't guaranteed to the exact day).

Due to the nature of international customs processes, ELVOSTUDIO isn't able to be held liable for packages once they've left our warehouse. If you run into any tracking issues or believe your package is lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a report. Depending on your order value, we may occasionally use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
